Don is Co-CEO and COO and is respon­si­ble for riding herd on The ICC engi­neer­ing team and the deep inven­tory of value-added services they provide to our clients.  Don’s own tech­ni­cal spe­cial­ties include PLC, inter­face, data acqui­si­tion and motion control systems devel­op­ment and imple­men­ta­tion.  Don received his BS in Elec­tri­cal Engi­neer­ing from the Mil­wau­kee School of Engi­neer­ing and holds a Lean Man­u­fac­tur­ing Cer­ti­fi­ca­tion from the Wis­con­sin Man­u­fac­tur­ing Exten­sion Part­ner­ship (WMEP).  Away from the shop, Don enjoys spending time with his wife and son, com­pet­ing in adventure/obstacle runs and is a former member of the leg­endary Killer Bees MG race team.

In his dual roles as Co-CEO and CFO, Tim carries out the direc­tives of the partners/officers while minding day-to-day oper­a­tions with the customer support team and finance. Tim’s focus is on project lead­er­ship and man­age­ment with an emphasis on best prac­tices and com­pli­ance with current and upcoming stan­dards. Tim received his BA in Finance and Man­age­ment from the Uni­ver­sity of Wis­con­sin, Mil­wau­kee. If all that weren’t enough, Tim is also a former National Water Ski Champion and former member of the Bad­ger­land Water Ski Show Team.

Jim’s focus is on our man­u­fac­tur­ing processes, problem-solving, and project man­age­ment.  Drawing on his back­ground in auto­mo­tive man­u­fac­tur­ing, Jim has helped ICC gain advan­tages with lean/TPS man­u­fac­tur­ing envi­ron­ment, auto­mo­tive level quality man­age­ment systems (ISO/TS cer­ti­fied com­pa­nies), root cause analysis and sta­tis­ti­cal problem solving capa­bil­i­ties. Jim earned his BS in Mate­ri­als Engi­neer­ing from the Uni­ver­sity of Wis­con­sin, Mil­wau­kee. He is cer­ti­fied in Lean Man­u­fac­tur­ing, Project Man­age­ment and quality systems using SPC and DOE.

Mike leads all sales and mar­ket­ing ini­tia­tives. In addition to devel­op­ing new customer rela­tion­ships and over­see­ing customer sat­is­fac­tion, Mike is respon­si­ble for devel­op­ment of new products and new markets. Mike received both his BS and BSBM in Business Man­age­ment from Cardinal Stritch Uni­ver­sity. Mike’s peak on-the-job expe­ri­ence was when, during his former life as a con­sul­tant to the aviation industry, he became the first non-Honda team member to fly the Honda Jet.

Rick is our Senior Project Engineer with respon­si­bil­i­ties for Project Man­age­ment and Product/Process Design and Enhance­ment. Rick pos­sesses multiple cer­ti­fi­ca­tions, with a special focus on Haz­ardous Loca­tions, with Explosion-Proof Panesl (NNNY) and Panels with Intrin­si­cally Safe (IS) barriers (UL 698A, NRBX). His BS in Elec­tri­cal Engi­neer­ing was earned from The Uni­ver­sity of Toledo (OH) and is a member of the Insti­tute of Pack­ag­ing Pro­fes­sion­als (IOPP).
