ICC employs pro­fes­sion­ally trained and cer­ti­fied project managers.  Whether there are days to design and launch, or it is a large multiple year effort, our team is com­fort­able and capable in their expe­ri­ence to work with you in main­tain­ing quality, delivery, and cost.
 
Projects will have a design review to bring together our engi­neer­ing, quality, supply chain, and lean man­u­fac­tur­ing experts to not only ensure quality and delivery, but also look for cost and lead time reduc­tion oppor­tu­ni­ties.
 
Your assigned project manager will work with you to define the scope of work, identify any needed risk man­age­ment, and estab­lish nec­es­sary phase gates and sched­ul­ing charts.  The project manager will ensure success by main­tain­ing aware­ness of the critical path status, cost and schedule vari­ances, and any change control processes needed to keep these on target.  You will have the comfort in knowing the project is pro­fes­sion­ally managed with a solid process, and proac­tively com­mu­ni­cated to you.
