Control Systems Integration
Our 11 step control systems integration process and our unwavering adherence to it strengthens your team’s ability to deliver the right solution on time and within budget.
Starting Down the Right Path.
We treat the Functional Specifications as THE sacred document! Once they’re approved, we create a detailed description of your new system as well as the acceptance test plan. After these are successfully completed, we’re ready to move your project into system development and control system integration. During this stage, we do the hardware and software design as well as panel manufacture.
A multitude of rigorous testing ensures software and target machines are operating per the functional specifications. Because it is a critical milestone in the project, we invite every customer to our facility for the Factory Acceptance Test. We execute test protocol and re-test until everything is right before shipping to the field for testing. When it arrives at your site, we provide expert installation supervision, system commissioning and startup.
Ensuring Your Success
However, when the process is followed, we have repeated success staying on time and on budget. Thousands of completed projects have provided the experience and continuous training in the latest technology and tools making us the perfect choice as a partner for your control system integration project.
