Engineering Support Services

We’re more than just a panel shop.  We’re equipped with the tools that a world class manufacturer of control panel systems needs to have.  And we have the deep roster of talented professionals to make sure those tools and services are optimized for your success.  Our roster includes dedicated personnel in IT, ERP, manufacturing, quality and of course, electrical engineering.

If you have a project with just one missing piece, ICC can be a valuable resource to step in and fill just about any gap.  Perhaps it’s a UL certification or other compliance review for your in-house designs. Or AutoCAD drafting from your red-line drawings. Or on-site engineering support for a controls installation. ICC has the experienced personnel who can tie up those loose ends and get your project up-and-running.

Consulting Services

Sometimes solutions happen faster when you bring in a fresh set of eyes. ICC’s consulting services are a resource that can extend your own technical reach.   Our specialties include motion control systems, process control and instrumentation systems, machine control systems, Programmable Logic Controller and Interface Systems development and integration, human-machine interface programming, plant floor networking, data acquisition systems and more.

Engineering Support

The design stage is that critical part of the project that determines success down the road. In many cases, our team will deliver what the customer’s engineering staff needs, not what they asked for! Customers find tremendous value in our ability to think ahead.  That critical thinking anticipates potential roadblocks or issues and helps our customer reduce delays.

Complete Documentation

Our engineering services include a full documentation package (programming and CAD files & prints, wherever applicable) so it’s easy to start up and work the first time.  Documentation is clear, concise and comprehensive and will help your team understand the features that operate your new system.

Customer Seminars

We bring the know-how to you.  Our certified specialist provides on-site customer training to help maximize short circuit ratings without adding additional cost.  UL and NEC require that all control panels be short circuit rated.  By obtaining a high rating, we have significantly better probability of panels passing with flying colors.

On-site Start Up & Field Service

Our goal for every customer is a trouble-free startup at their facility.  We travel to your site and don’t leave until the work is complete!  In order to ensure the software is functioning properly, our engineer will come to your site to work through a complete sequence of operations of the new panel on your machinery.
