Today, we are excited to celebrate Michele, a wire assembler who has been with the ICC family for 25 years! Michele expressed that she loves working alongside her co-workers, and has raised her family with ICC through it’s history. She has had a child under each name ICC has donned in its time, from Tenric, to Absolute Automation, to the Industrial Controls Company you know today.

At ICC, we work to create an environment that sees our employees as family. We couldn’t do what we do without everyone’s individual contributions to the larger goal.
